1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using myipis.org ("the Service"), operated by Palladium Networks, Inc., doing business as Palladium Works ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

myipis.org provides network diagnostic tools including IP address detection, internet speed testing, DNS leak testing, and service status monitoring. The Service is available both as a free public tool and through paid subscription plans with additional features.

3. User Accounts

Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep your account information up to date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for abusive purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to conduct any illegal activity or violate any applicable laws
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure
• Use automated tools to excessively scrape or access the Service beyond normal use
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Submit false or misleading outage reports or status information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data

5. Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software on myipis.org are owned by Palladium Networks, Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that status monitoring data will be accurate, complete, or timely. Speed test results may vary based on network conditions, device capabilities, and other factors outside our control. You should not rely solely on this Service for critical business decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Palladium Networks, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party services. Our monitoring of third-party service status is performed on a best-effort basis and does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those services.

10. Advertising

The free tier of the Service displays advertisements through Google AdSense. By using the free tier, you acknowledge that ads will be displayed. Paid subscribers may access an ad-free experience as described in the applicable plan features.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users or posted prominently on the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
